1 General Information

These terms and conditions apply to the Mael Bat platform and all its services. Mael Bat is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under a licence issued by an international regulatory authority.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on Mael Bat, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you object to any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Mael Bat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of any changes by email or SMS.

2 Membership & Account

Each individual may only register one account at Mael Bat. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Mael Bat reserves the right to terminate any account found to have submitted false details.

• Keep your account password strictly confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to support immediately.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to participate on Mael Bat. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

During registration, you may be asked to provide your National ID or passport details for age verification. Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure.

• Anyone aged 18 or above residing in Bangladesh is eligible to register.
• Those for whom online betting is prohibited in their jurisdiction are not permitted to join.
• Mael Bat may request proof of age at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mael Bat supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Your balance will be credited as soon as the deposit is confirmed.
• At least one deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Large transactions may require additional verification to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Mael Bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and is available once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time (exception: cashback).
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Any fraudulent attempt to claim a bonus will result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on Mael Bat is governed by the rules below. Mael Bat reserves the right to accept or void any bet.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the corresponding bet will be considered void.
• Mael Bat reserves the right to void any bet placed with erroneous odds.
• Bets may be declined during live betting due to network delays.
• Bets may be held for investigation if match fixing or fraud is suspected.

7 Account Closure & Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@maelbat.com or reaching out via live chat.

Mael Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.

8 Responsible Betting

Mael Bat takes responsible betting seriously. We want every member to enjoy their experience — while staying in control.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to close your account temporarily (from 30 days) or permanently.
